1. Advance Deposit: 50% advance payment of the total bill is strictly required to confirm this booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid at hotel reception during check-in while registering in the ledger.
2. Strict No-Cancellation: Bookings cannot be cancelled for any reason once confirmed. The deposited 50% advance is completely non-refundable and cannot be adjusted against future dates or alternate bookings. Please proceed only if you agree to these terms.

Main Gate Hours (5:30 AM โ 10:30 PM)
The main gate opens daily at 5:30 AM and is securely closed & locked at 10:30 PM every night.

Mandatory Photo ID & Reception Register
Present Original & Photocopy (Xerox) of Govt. Photo ID and room booking bill at reception. Clear any remaining bill balance and record your name, address, and phone number in the building register.

Generator Backup (6:00 PM โ 11:00 PM)
Generator power backup service is available daily from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM (as per requirement / during power outages).

Personal Room Padlock Mandatory
Guests must take and use a padlock from reception for their respective room's security.

Sightseeing Car & Bus Bookings
Speak directly with building management for sightseeing cars, autos, and buses. Management is not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from outside/unauthorized vehicle bookings.

Temple Puja & Darshan Guidance
Speak directly with building authorities or authorized Pandas for temple puja and offerings.

Outside Activities Disclaimer
Building management will not be held responsible for any unauthorized or unwanted incidents occurring outside the premises.

Strict Sea Bath Safety & Sobriety
Strictly NO consumption of alcohol or intoxicants before or while going for sea bathing. Keep yourself and your family safe.

Electricity Conservation (Turn Off Switches)
Always turn off the main switch, AC, fans, and lights near the exit door before leaving your room.

Guest Liability for Property Damage
Guests are solely responsible for compensating and bearing the cost of any damage caused to room contents, fixtures, or building property.

No Outside Visitors Allowed
Entry of any outside persons other than the registered booking party is strictly prohibited without prior permission.
